Research On Mongolian Broadcasting Reform Of Xilin Gol People's Broadcasting Station

Xilingol People's broadcasting station has gone through 59 years of glorious history since established in 1958.During the years,Mongolian broadcasting of Xilingol People's broadcasting station has also been constantly improving and reforming itself to keep pace with the times.article deeply explores the reform of the Mongolian broadcasting of Xilingol People's broadcasting station from two main perspectives;Journalism theory and media management.This paper consists of three parts:introduction part,body part and conclusion part.In introduction part,it indicates research subject,current situation,reason of selected topic,meanings and research method.The main part is divided into four chapters.Chapter one and chapter two introduce and hierarchically analyze the reform and development of Mongolian broadcasting of Xilingol People's broadcasting station.The third chapter discusses the information resource,material resource and human resource management of the reform of Mongolian broadcasting of Xilingol experience of Mongolian broadcasting,furthermore indicates the existing issues and then their solutions.The conclusion part concludes the research findings and offers suggestions.
