Research On Mongolian Broadcasting Reform Of Hulunbeier People 's Broadcasting Station

Since established on November1,1950, People’s Radio Hulunbeier has recorded 65 years of glorious history. In the 65 years, Mongolian broadcasting of People’s Radio Hulunbeier has also been keeping pace with the times, constantly improve and strengthen themselves.This article is written from the perspective of Journalism theory, media managements and discusses the 65 years of reform and development of Mongolian broadcasting of People’s Radio hulunbeier. We will pay the price of parsing to the Mongolian broadcasting from the radio program reform, institutional reform, human resources and material resources management reform in these four aspects. This paper consists of three parts:introduction, body and conclusion. Parts of introduction expounds the research object、 present、situation、reason of selected topic、significance and research method, etc. The text is divided into four chapters. Chapter one analyze the characteristics of the change of program expounds the reform of Mongolian radio program; chapter two analyze on parts of introduction expounds the research object、present situation、reason of selected topic、significance and research method, etc. The third chapter analyze material resources management reform of People’s Radio Hulunbeier, while the content is divided into 3 aspects, they are equipment, technology and radio coverage. The last chapter summarizes the Mongolian broadcasting’s successful experience, expounds the problems and solutions that are put forward before. Conclusion on the basis of summarizing the Mongolian radio work, then expounds the inspiration of reform experience.
