Research On The Transformation Of County-level TV Stations Under The Background Of New Media

With the continuous advancement of media convergence,the integration of three networks has become a general trend.The development momentum of network media,self-Media and new media is strong.The traditional paper media and traditional television media organizations are facing tremendous impact and challenges.The development of grass-roots television media,county-level radio,has begun to slow down.How to find an effective way to survive and develop in this fierce media competition environment has become an urgent matter for county-level TV stations.Based on the perspective of "county level",this paper briefly describes the research background,significance and related concepts,and points out that there are insufficient funds,lack of professionals,serious loss of audiences,weakened government support and lack of market-oriented management in county-level TV stations.Changing the status is imperative for transformation and upgrading.In this regard,the author takes Shangyu Radio and Television Station as a typical case to study,and analyses the existence advantages of county-level TV stations under the impact of new media.By reforming and innovating the management mechanism of county-level TV stations,embracing new media,and creating local characteristic columns,the author can play a positive role in the survival and development of county-level TV stations.The promotion effect.On August 21,2018,at the National Conference on propaganda and ideological work,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that "the construction of financial media centers at the county level should be firmly carried out so as to better guide and serve the masses.Since then,all counties and districts across the country have set off a boom in the construction of media centres,so how to take the County-level Television Reform express train and create a first-class county-level regional new media main position has aroused extensive thinking.Shangyu Radio and Television Station has explored the way of development of local characteristics in its attempt to integrate media construction by building a complete and convenient new communication platform,firmly grasping the technical content,optimizing the training of high-end media talents,strengthening foreign cooperation and realizing creative realization,and has achieved certain results.It is hoped that through the analysis of this article,we can make some contributions to the research in related fields.
