In recent years,the Internet and Mobile Internet continue to grow and gradually penetrate into the traditional industries such as commerce,real estate,finance,media industry,education and service,which constantly change the way of life and social production.Finance and the Internet these two areas collide with each other,resulting in a new financial model-the Internet Finance.Under the impetus of the national "Internet +" policy,China's Internet Finance draws on the innovation model of the USA and been improved by localization,which is in the prosperous development.The USA gathers the most important resource such as human,material,finance,which provides a powerful impetus for the financial innovation.In contrast,China's Internet Finance has been in the rapid development,and China is currently in the deepening of the reform,which provides more opportunities for development.Therefore,this paper will study the status and differences of China and the USA in the meaning,economic structure,consumption habits,innovation,supervision and other aspects,finally find out the problems in the development of China's Internet Finance theoretically.This paper mainly used the case study method to study Lending Club and Lufax,which are the two most representative companies in the P2 P industry respectively in the USA and China.We have studied the development process,status,core strengths,disadvantages and regulatory environment,found out the invisible guarantee problems in China's P2 P industry,which is due to the fact that China is lack of the supervision and information disclosure.The paper puts forward some policy suggestions and the future development directions of China's Internet Finance.
