The Research And Application Of Improved JBPM Workflow System In Financing Guarantee

Workflow is the abstraction of work process and business rules between thebusiness operations, which can manage and integrate the workflow, and eventuallyrealize the core technology of automatic business execution. Studying and promotingthe workflow technology can highly improve the working efficiency, reflecting thevalue of computer application. This paper is based on the theoretical and practicalstudy about the business system of a credit guarantee company in Shenzhen.This paper focused on the analysis of the JBPM workflow management systemand delved into JBPM5, which is the latest version of JBPM. We analysed the systemarchitecture, engine working mechanism, human task management mechanism ofJBPM5. Through the analysis, we find that the human task management mechanism ofJBPM5is complicated, that made the JBPM5not be applicable to businessmanagement system of most of enterprises. And the process control force of JBPM5isweak, unable to meet business temporary demands of enterprises. Aiming at the twoaspects of defects, this paper puts forward improvement scheme, the main work ofthis paper are as follows:(1) This paper presents a human task management scheme, which improvedthe human task management of JBPM5. The scheme is no longer use the hu-man task management component of JBPM5. We created a new human task m-anagement service to realizing the human task scheduling.In this scheme, thehuman task service interact with the workflow engine directly in the same ses-sion, so that the scheduling of the human task management is not as complexi-ty asJBPM5. The program enhanced system performance and ensured the accur-acy of business data.(2) Based on the common temporary demands of enterprises, this paper rea-lized the regression function of process instance. While the process instance isrunning, through the process instance controller, the workflow system could s-top the current node and make the process instance back to a completed node,with the result that restarted the human task. Process regression function incr-eases the ability of workflow management systems in process instance manage-ment; increase the flexibility of the process, meet the needs of temporary dem-ands of enterprises. (3) Based on the requirement of the system, the improved JBPM workflowsystem is applied to the approval process of financing guarantee project.We an-alysed the structure of the system, and the Struts2+EXTJS+Spring+Ibatis techn-ology platform. A detailed analysis of the system performance layer, middle la-yer, persistence layer and database design is given. Then the financing guarant-ee project approval process were analyzed,and be realized using the modelingtools,the system operation interface was given after the process be deployed a-nd implemented in the system.The regression function of process instance hasbeen achieved.In conclusion, based on the in-depth study of JBPM5and the business ne-eds, this paper presents a human task management scheme, which improved thehuman task management of JBPM5. The program enhanced system performanceand ensured the accuracy of business data. In addition to the human task man-agement scheme, this paper realized the regression function of process instance,the function increased the flexibility of the process and met the enterprise tem-porary dynamic demand. At last, the improved JBPM workflow system is appl-ied to the approval process of financing guarantee project.
