With the high-speed development of science and technology,the traditional manual-test has been replaced by automatic test method.According to customer demand,the purpose of this paper is to design an Electronic Testing system,which can realize automatic measurement and control to product.The Electronic Test system has dived into two parts,one part is Hardware system and the other part is Software system.The paper mainly discussed the development and plan of Static-Impedance measurement module and Digital-to-Resolver convertor module,all of them are in the Hardware system part.The Static-Impedance test can avoid a short circuit after the power applied to product.In the process of designing Static-Impedance test circuit,STM32103VET6 microcontroller is selected as processer,which can communication with Industrial Personal Computer by serial port.In the Static-Impedance test module,it has eleven impedance channels to be tested.Because of the channel limitation of Impedance test board,we use relay array to solve this problem.Used the chip of ULN2003 to improve the ability of STM32103VET6 microcontroller's I/O port to output current.Added Light Coupled Device to optimization of circuit design.The digital to resolver convert circuit can supply four differential sine and cosine signal for product.Used STM32103VET6 microcontroller to receive command from Industrial Personal Computer.Used DRC1745 device to transform reference signal to sine and cosine signal,which has contained digital angle information.Transform differential sine and cosine signal that contained digital angle information to test product's analog channel acquisition features.Firstly,according to customer technical demand,the thesis introduces design idea and overall architecture of the Electronic Test system.Then we introduce the Hardware system and Software system that referred to overall architecture of the Electronic Test system in detail.The paper present concrete design and concrete design circuit Schematic of the StaticImpedance test module and Digital-to-resolver convertor module.This thesis also gives concrete r experimental evaluation and error analyzing by using experimental data.In the end of the paper,we summarize the measurement processes and results,give the direction for optimization.
