This article analysis an electronic products which can remind patients to take medicine on time, built with the single chip processor as the core,with a certain function of peripheral circuit, complete an automation test system to test the product is qualified or not.The implementation of the whole system is based on microchip PIC series device PIC16F877A chip. Based on single chip microcomputer minimum system configuration to the system circuit, drive circuit, current measurement circuit, display control circuit and alarm prompt circuit for planning and design, and gives the various modules of the circuit principle diagram, and the data were collected using a serial port communication transmitted to the PC, and PC application platform visual display the various measurement parameter of the test the product, to determine whether each of the product under test is qualified.The background and design of this system is based on intelligent test frame made in practical engineering, the key technology is about the intelligent diagnosis test technology and the expression of diagnostic information and so on, this system conforms automation test system to the low cost and high efficiency requirements in the electronic industry, have certain practical significance.
