Research On Desktop 3D Printer Design Based On Interactive Concept

Desktop 3D printers have been developing rapidly in the past decade,and widely used in the manufacturing industry.Various industries and universities focuses on 3D printing materials and technologies,while lack of interaction research.There are insufficient interaction studies.As a big exporter of desktop 3D printers,our country has been continuously improved in function and design.The absence of desktop 3D printers in product interaction can lead to the development of products,excessive pursuit of function and technological breakthrough innovation,and neglect the importance of users in products.In order to change the current status,use interactive concepts to guide the design of desktop 3D printers.As one of the new directions of industrial design,interaction design can help the design practice of desktop 3D printer.Based on interactive concept not only focuses on the basic ease of use,but also has guiding significance for the aesthetic interaction and function of the product.In order to solve the desktop 3D printer in interaction design,this paper proposes a concept based on the interaction of user behavior and needs analysis,build a desktop printer system interaction design method.Firstly,at home and abroad the form,function,structure,man-machine comparison analytic method factors of desktop 3D printer are analyzed.It is concluded that the deficiency of the current desktop 3D printer.Secondly,the design process of interactive desktop 3D printer is planned with product interaction model.Further analyze the interactive elements of desktop 3D printers,analyze the use situation,target population and user behaviors,then summarize the interactive design principles of desktop 3D printers.After the target user is determined,the fuzzy Kano model is introduced.The model questionnaire is designed to collect user data and quantify the user demand.In view of user demand,interactive scenario interviews are conducted to further refine the interaction requirements and determine the design requirements of interactive desktop 3D printers.Finally,with the support of desktop 3D printer design practice,the consistency of design concept and practice is realized,thus proving the rationality of interaction concept in desktop 3D printing design.The purpose of this paper is to explore how the desktop 3D printer in the process of design and development,through the interaction design to explore all aspects of the interactive product.It is concluded that more reasonable structure,applicable function,simple operation and aesthetic form,all the properties in an appropriate way to express.The product can be more competitive in similar products.This paper has a certain guiding significance for the interaction of desktop 3D printer design,and explore the way and method to solve the problem of general interactive product design.
