With the increasingly fierce competition in the global market,quality has become a key factor affecting the survival of a company.How to improve the product quality of the enterprise with high efficiency,which can fundamentally enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise,has been paid more and more attention in the academic and business circles.This paper studies the quality improvement of complex products from the perspective of quality characteristics.According to the correlation of quality characteristics with final product quality,quality attribute categories,importance and satisfaction,the key quality characteristics are comprehensively evaluated.The main research contents of the thesis are as follows:This paper first reviews the complex products,quality improvement and key quality characteristics,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,especially the determination method of key quality characteristics,and further studies the problem,namely the genetic simulated annealing algorithm.Although the genetic simulated annealing algorithm(GSA)is an ideal algorithm for identifying the key quality characteristics of complex products,it can effectively filter the irrelevant quality characteristics and identify fewer key quality characteristics,but it is in the process of screening.The customer's consumption needs are not fully considered,and the key quality characteristics selected are not prioritized.In order to solve this problem,this paper proposes an innovative method for integrating genetic simulated annealing algorithm with fuzzy Kano model,which can effectively combine the feature selection ability of GSA algorithm with the ability of fuzzy Kano model to explore customer demand.Then the application steps of combining the two methods are introduced in detail.Firstly,after the raw data is preprocessed,the GSA method is used to identify the quality characteristics related to the final product quality,and then the quality attribute is classified by the fuzzy Kano model,and then importance and satisfaction are also taken into account for the sequencing of key quality characteristics,resulting in a final set of key quality characteristics.Finally,an example is used to illustrate the advantages of the proposed method.
