Nowadays, the rapid development of mobile networks makes the timeliness and the social nature of mobile application services become increasingly prominent. Users pay more attention to the experience of mobile travel application products. How to quickly promote the birth of the product and effectively improve the overall service level and increase customer satisfaction have become an important part of industrial optimization and redevelopment. This subject comes from the Didi Dache project by Beijing Didi Sci&Tech Development CO., LTD. As complementary solutions of Didi Dache "Travel Solution", it plays an important role in building " one-stop travel service platform". based on the products, Didi Dache, Didi Express and Didi Premiun, the development of new product is introduced and applied Kano model, Kano model can be used for exporting the real and effective functional framework. The Kano model and the user’s cognition realize the conversion of the user’s needs to the product’s effective service, and discuss the travel class application software’s effective ways of concurrent design of functional services and visual services.This paper does a certain summary about how Kano model function on the mobile Internet, gets the product line market gap and user needs through the research and analysis of product lines and users of drops. The functional requirements of the product were ranked by the degree of satisfaction using better-worse performance index pin, then the demand information is determined and combineed in the best way. It Proposes the principle of visual service based on carpooling product functional framework construction and user perception, use manual setting scene to ensure high satisfaction of the product output. We get the final product through the verification assessment of user operation rationality and functional structure effectiveness,based on a verification for "Didi Hitch" platform system.
