Research On The Smart City Management Information System Of Linyi

The development of Internet technology and the Internet of things promote the generation of smart city, which have been changing the mode of means of city management. As an important national logistics center, Linyi city’s cultural and geographical environment are very special. Linyi’s city management is facing major challenges, and it needs to establish a sound smart city management system. Management information system is the core of the smart city management system, and it is the main line of building a smart city management. Consequently, in this paper, the smart city management information system is the research object, and explore the construction methods of MIS, and put forward a comprehensive construction plan.This paper first introduces the relevant concepts and theoretical overview. Then, analyze the concept of city management, smart city and related theories;at the same time, it introduces the related theories of the management information system and the related stakeholder theory of the project management, which lay the foundation for the following system architecture and related stakeholder identification analysis.Based on the analysis of the basic functions of city management and the analysis of the present situation and development of Linyi City, combine the Internet of things, data processing and other key technologies to analyze the status and problems of Linyi City Smart City Management. This is the basis for the analysis of the smart city management system architecture and information system architecture.Solve the problem of system requirements analysis, and lay the foundation for the system design and function module. The reason of the failure of system development is the management of stakeholders. Therefore, this paper takes use of the project management stakeholder theory to explore, integrate needs, determine the system development goals, to ensure the information system objectives and make functions of the structure reasonable.Based on the present situation of Linyi city management and the requirement analysis of information system, the smart city management information system is designed, and the framework of the system is analyzed, and specifically designs the specific functions of the key modules of the implementation plan.The results of this paper can directly guide the construction of Linyi smart city management information system, and lay the foundation for improving the city management system and it also provides examples and references for the construction of city management information system,has important practical significance.The combination of new technology and city management theory, using technology to improve the level of city management, have the corresponding innovation value.
