Design And Implement Of Smart WiFi Project For Bank Of Communications In Shanghai

With the development of social economy and the integration of Internet and wireless communication technology, banking industry need to be more intelligent and to progress smart bank in response to market conditions changing and challenges. It need support by all aspects of front and back technology to build smart bank. At present, the banking industry still faces some problems and challenges. First of all, On view of the external environment, There is fierce competition in increasing deposits and intermediate business income under the implementation of prudent monetary policy. Because the bank products are diversification, A new kind of marketing chnnel is needed. Besides, the experience of window service tends to become a important factor for bank customers to select which bank is better to take their deposits. Under this situation, How to provide customers with more value-added services, develop high-end customers, implement precise marketing is the key of the future bank development inevitably. On the other hand, taking internal environment of bank into account, business trival will cause time waste of customers. If they line up for a long period of time, customers will have bad service experience. A lot of services and product of bank can’t be show to the customer, which leads that the customers do not know many products. So It is needed to improve the traditional banking services. It is the trend of the banking industry development and a key way to get advantage in the competition in the future that free Wi Fi is provided in each outlets of bank.On account of the the development needs of the of Shanghai communications, the smart Wi Fi project of Shanghai communications bank mainly provide covered Wi Fi and informatization construction in each bank branch to relieve the pressure of traditional business office services, effective promotion of the business, improve the user experience.In this paper, based on the current status and development needs of Shanghai communications, we firtly analyze from the feasibility of the smart Wi Fi project. Furthermore we analyze the design goals and principles, and then determine the function of the system and performance requirements. We further design the topological structure, business architecture and business process of this smart Wi Fi project as well as the main functions of the network management system, which want to realize the comprehensive WLAN deployment and AP unified management in each branch of communication bank in Shanghai. Besides, Portal authentication way is a research key point. We designed and implemented a authentication progress when user access to the Internet in this project, which provide intelligent Portal page redirection and achieve flexible banking business and product promotion. The network management system in the project is designed and developed, which can be used to control the Internet access actions of the user, record the information of users’ accessing Internet, prevent users from the bad access and the statistical analysis of users’ Internet access. After assembly and debugging, the Wi Fi project of Shanghai communications bank introduced by this paper put into use and it has satisfactory running state.
