Research On Software Product Development Process Management Reform Of Hit Software Engineering Co., Ltd. Based On CMMI3

After nearly 20 years of rapid growth on financial performance and scale,the deficiency of the original process management architecture of software product development,applied by Harbin Institute of Technology Software Engineering Cooperation Limited has become evident.The need to improve it has become urgent,otherwise the company will face risk in management.This article takes HIT software company as the research object.A set of detailed software product development process management improvement program and relevant implementation measures have been designed,based on CMMI certification standards,software product development and management theory,sufficient analysis of the status quo of the company's software product development process management,comparative and data analysis.The research and analysis of the software product development process management adopted by HIT software company has been performed and major problems within have been found,through the comparison with CMMI3 standard.The problems and the CMMI key process are compared to get the corresponding relation between them.The processes to be improved-when the company uses CMMI model to improve its software product development process management-are found,which are requirement development,requirement management,configuration management,project monitoring & control,risk management,and process & product quality assurance.According to the standard of CMMI corresponding process,the above processes are improved;the specific procedure for improvement and related processes' normative documents are designed to get the improved plan for software product development process management of HIT software company.The implementation steps,relevant preparations and supporting measures are given thereafter.
