The thesis comes from a school-enterprise cooperation project,which aims to real ize an enterprise-level monitoring and management system for the automatic collection and associated application of train production data.Based on the RFID technology,designs and implements the grass-roots data monitoring hardware system for the special production environment of the locomotive manufacturing plant,which makes the grassroots data collection of the workshop more comprehensive and more accurate.The designed hardware can be widely used in the manufacturing line,with a certain degree of universality.Firstly,the thesis analysis the traditional method of identification and the monitor data type,points out the lack of traditional methods,and introduces RFID technology.Thesis analyzes system overall needs,builds functional architecture,determines the topology.Through analyzing the design scheme of three kinds of UHF RFID modules,chooses special chip R2000 program,the thesis designs the relevant phase locked loop and poweramplifier circuit,raising the recognition distance from two meters to five meters.Drawsthe acquisition node,relay module schematics and PCB board.Secondly,the thesis introduces the design idea and implementation process of the software,and designs a series of data processing algorithms,including duplicate data removing,tag tracking and tag information matching,to improve the data transmission efficiency.The thesis can design two fault identification and processing schemes to en-hance the system's ability to react to faults.The thesis optimizes the traditional binary tree search algorithm,to carry out anti-collision treatment and defines the data form atof the acquisition node and relay module.Finally,the thesis examines the designed hardware from label performance,display module,temperature and humidity module,wireless transmission performance.Then it analyzes the data from the terminal.The test results show that the designed hardware can realize the real-time acquisition and effective transmission of the grass-roots data of the locomotive production plant to meet the design requirements.The thesis attaches the label to the body to be teste.The collection node collects the label data,the data is forwarded by the relay node and passed to the server.The thesisexamines the hardware system from multiple perspectives,verifies the feasibility of thehardware.The thesis completes the hardware design and realization of the workshop monitoring system.The hardware has certain promotion value and application prospect.
