With the development of society, the incidence of heart disease are rising. Hidden andunexpected feature makes long-term monitoring to be very important significant. But thelong-term monitoring of hospital has a heavy burden on health care. The wireless remotemedical monitoring system based on wireless network for data transmission. Patients cantransmit their ECG data to the hospital side anytime and anywhere. Doctor gives the treatmentand guidance to patients based on the ECG data.This paper presents a remote ECG monitoring system based on wireless. Combine thesuperiority of Bluetooth in short-range transmission and the high transmission speed of3Gnetwork. Establish real-time ECG data transmission system. The system can help doctorsmake treatment suggestions and feedback through intelligent analysis.The study focuses on the following three aspects:1. The interference of ECG data transmission. Research the use of Bluetooth technologyto connect ECG collection devices achieving the anti-interference and wireless and portable.Carry out a detailed design and implementation form the selection of Bluetooth, thecontrolling of Bluetooth such as initialization and maching etc, data receiving and dealingfrom serialport. Test the system for a number of conditions.2、the real-time ECG data transimission. Design a real-time ECG data transimissionsystem by studying the transmission of3G network technology, the interrupted recovery, dataaccuracy and other key issues. Achieving the selected of3G module, the initiates and termina-te of3G connection, the transmission by FTP and other functions. Study the multi-threadedissues in ECG transmission strategly. Designe the client software based on WinCE.3、intelligent analysis of ECG data and server-side multiplexing capacity. Achieving aserver-side receiving multiple ECG, determine the atral premature beats and prematureventricular contractions automatically, calculation the heart rate. Test the correctness,disruption recovery, receiving capacity, accuracy and other aspects of the signal.This paper researchs wireless communications, network transmission, ECG dataacquisition and analysis and so on. Achieving a prototype systemdesign and implementationbased on the existing technology. Laid the basis research and practice for the system applicatein the social health care system.
