With the continuous improvement of automation in industrial production,the traditional manufacturing industry is facing a historic juncture in the transformation and upgrading of smart manufacturing.Automatic guided vehicles(AGV)can effectively improve the efficiency of logistics and transportation of materials and products in industrial processes and promote the transformation and upgrading of production.In this paper,an omni-directional AGV is designed to meet the requirements of material and product transportation in the production process of the factory workshop.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Structural design: the use of four-wheel drive to achieve omnipotence,which body frame structure with one-piece frame structure,chassis,body are made of square steel tube by bending and welding;body frame integral structure,chassis and body are made of square steel tubes by machining bending and welding;the drive motor with staggered layout installation,the gear transmission mechanism is simple and efficient and lift drag mechanism.(2)The hardware system: according to the AGV motion control task and transport requirements,the establishment of the overall scheme of the control system,for each part of the function to realize the components calculation and selection,including the upper and lower machine control panel selection and implementation of communication,the design of wireless communication module,obstacle avoidance module security design.(3)Algorithm research: Study on AGV path planning and scheduling method,establish electronic map by using topological map method,comparing the advantages and disadvantages of A* algorithm,Dijkstra algorithm and Floyd algorithm of the three;this paper proposes an improved Floyd algorithm,namely the path according to the actual production process in busy and congested conflict,the path in the electronic map with heat the value and the weight value,the path planning in line with the actual situation.(4)The sofeware system: The AGV transportation management and scheduling system is developed based on VC++,and the AGV path planning and scheduling monitoring and control management are carried out.According to the actual factory environment,we build a complete AGV experimental platform and control management system to verify the improved Floyd algorithm.In view of the possible conflicts in the operation process,we study the scheduling strategy and the conflict problem,and propose solutions.Experimental verification of the factory's actual environment shows that the AGV and its control management system designed in this paper can meet the transportation requirements of materials and products in the workshop production process,and meet the requirements of the project.
