Urban distribution,as an important part of logistics,has been widely concerned by scholars both at home and abroad.Information technology in logistics industry is also a hot issue in recent years in China.Taking X logistics enterprises as the research background,this paper finds that the vehicle scheduling system of Beijing distribution center has the following defects:The system is not consistent with the actual business process,and the management of the franchised vehicle and the fleet can not be separated and the data update is not timely,and it can not reflect the latest state of the team and the vehicle;The application of address database is inadequate,which can not provide strong support for vehicle scheduling;The system lacks the vehicle scheduling module,and it can only manually distribute the vehicle by manual experience,so that the system can not automatically allocate the vehicle.These problems make the manual cost and transportation cost of the distribution center high,and in the peak period of business,there is a shortage of personnel,which affects the normal operation of the business.According to the actual demand of X logistics enterprise Beijing distribution center,in this paper,the optimization method of vehicle scheduling is studied first.By establishing a mathematical model which is in line with the actual application scene and solving it by ant colony algorithm,the vehicle scheduling scheme which makes the lowest transportation cost is calculated.The optimization model is used as the core algorithm of vehicle scheduling to embed the system,and provides the basis for system design.Then by analyzing the status of the system and the parameters needed to optimize the algorithm,the object oriented method is used to analyze the requirements of the vehicle scheduling system,and the overall architecture,function and database of the system are designed in detail according to the requirements.When designing the function of the system,a new vehicle scheduling module is added to combine the vehicle scheduling optimization method with the system.Finally,using JAVA language programming to achieve business logic,using JSP pages to display,and combined with CSS,jQuery and other technologies to improve the interface display function,and add interactive functions through the JavaScript script.Finally,the vehicle scheduling system based on ant colony algorithm was developed,which realized the process from receiving orders to generating distribution orders and related data storage and management functions,and tested the feasibility and practicability of the system through actual orders.
