Over the last few decades,industrialization has developed,China's automatic equipment production line has been developing towards automation and integration.The automation of equipment is increasing and the cost of labor is decreasing,as our standard of living improves,people also put forward higher technical and aesthetic requirements for furniture products.In order to keep your clothes in order,without wrinkles,the demand for wood hangers is growing,The wood coat hanger consists of a coat hook,a coat hanger body and a wooden stick.At present,the production status of wood hangers is mainly manual production,semi-automatic processing,low automation integration,Not only production efficiency is not high,labor intensity is bigger,product consistency is poor and so on.To solve the problems of inefficiency,poor assembly quality,A new automatic assembly line of wood hanger is developed.First of all,the development of automation equipment at home and abroad is analyzed.With a full understanding of the production of wood hangers,to determine the process of product processing and production,on this basis,the function of the equipment is determined.Secondly,considering the layout of the equipment,the main consideration is the need of the site and the universality of the equipment.finalize the process structure of the equipment,with the analysis and design of structures,the selection of parts,selection of product parameters,finally,the general assembly diagram of the equipment is designed.We also analyzed the pneumatic control system,The principle diagram and dynamic part analysis of the pneumatic control system are mainly established.Finally,design the equipment control.on the basis of mechanical structure design and dynamic system analysis,PLC is used to control the movement of each mechanical structure and cylinder.control chart drawn,I/O distribution of PLC,design of wiring principle diagram of PLC.Then we design the software,including the basic control program,the original program,the single step operation program and the automatic operation program.At last,the paper introduces the technical summary and analysis of the machinery department and control part of the whole production line,and looks forward to the improvement of the equipment and future trend.
