With the continuous development of the Internet of Things technology,a new manufacturing model of Manufacturing IoT industry has emerged.H ow to extract the information needed by the enterprise from the massive,multi-source data that generated in the manufacturing process,the model will usually achieve the company's goals through the upper monitor on the data acquisition layer.However,due to the diversit y of businesses and the changeable of manufacturing processes,once an enterprise adds a certain device to achieve a certain business,it will need to reconfigure the upper monitor,which will lead to high costs for researching and implementing of the enterprise,and resources will not be managed uniformly,and the traditional data processing met hods cannot meet the requirements of the new manufacturing mode for real-time,efficient,and rapid data processing.Through the introduction of a manufacturing Io T cloud platform,this article integrates the equipment,personnel,network,and application infrastructure in the manufacturing process into the cloud platform to achieve unified management of resources so that enterprises can acquire the resources from the cloud platform according to their own needs,and the decoupling of the business and infras tructure,the business to the distributed complex event processing engine processing,so that the various modules of the cloud can be more focused on the design and implementation of the module to improve the system's scalability.The main research contents of this paper include:(1)Through the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the domestic mainstream cloud platform in the manufacturing field,this paper selected Alibaba Cloud Platform as the manufacturing IoT cloud platform for this topic.It mainly studies the access methods of devices and applications,and designs the message flow protocol and forwarding mechanism in the cloud platform.(2)In order to obtain complex events that match business rules from massive and multi-source data in real time,efficiently,and quickly,and to satisfy the demand of enterprises,this paper proposes a distributed complex events processing engine based on Storm streaming framework and Esper.The engine is composed of an events monitoring module,a rules management module,a complex events processing module and an events distribution module.This paper designs and implements the four modules of the engine.(3)In order to facilitate enterprises to dynamically generate corresponding rules,this paper provides corresponding rule templates for enterprises,and proposes a flow grouping strategy based on rule templates and associated device sets of rules,which improves the event processing performance of the engine.(4)Through two cases of intelligent curtains and workshops report,this article test the functional of the engine from applications to devices and devices to applications,and evaluate the performance of the complex event processing engine.
