The development and advance of manufacturing informatization resulted in the generation of series of new core technologies in the field of manufacturing,with the permeation of information and computer technologies such as internet,internet of things,cloud computing and big data.Thereinto,internet of manufacturing technology was developed by the integration of electronic information technology as well as intelligent technology and advanced manufacturing technology,which promoting the development of manufacturing informatization.The fusion of internet of manufacturing technology in the manufacturing process has promoted the intelligent level of manufacturing process,and a new type of intelligent manufacturing and service model has been arised.In order to achieve efficient and high-quality production,the application of Internet of manufacturing things(Io MT)provided decision support for intelligent control via the perception and disposal of manufacturing data.In view of the demand of "Internet+" oriented advanced manufacturing service model,the research of integrated information's perception and intelligent processing is necessary in the process of manufacturing and services.In this paper,a study of active perception and processing technologies for manufacturing critical events was conducted.A manufacturing joint control system that associated with the proposed technique principle was also established,which based on the analysis of researching progress in related field,including Io MT and complex event processing.The specific research work of this dissertation as follows.To begin with,fundamental researches of Io MT-based event perception have been done.According to the analysis of the connotation of Io MT and its technical features,a technology framework of Io MT was constructed which facing manufacturing workshop.Next,the research of the sources and characteristic of manufacturing data was accomplished,and the study of manufacturing data collection and heterogeneous systems' integrated approach was done as well.At the end,the article proposed a management model for manufacturing data.Direct at manufacturing events active perception,a technology frame for active perception of Io MT-based manufacturing events was established,on the basis of the design of event active perception model and system,and a realizing method of event active perception was proposed which based on "sensor network + embedded system + Web Service” as well.The proposed technology and method provide important support to the precise production and manufacturing system intelligent decision-making.An application plan of manufacturing data was designed concerning to intelligent manufacturing model.The results of the application and perceptual processing of manufacturing data in chili oil production are presented to illustrate the capability and effectiveness of the proposed theoretical frameworks.Thereafter,a management model of manufacturing data based on EXPRESS language was built and the rules of data mapping and transformation between EXPRESS and XML were formulated in order to facilitate the unified expression of manufacturing data.In view of unified description for events organization and association in manufacturing process,structural model of complex event was established by analyzing the event type and relationship in discrete manufacturing process.In addition,a XML-based event description Language(XEDL)was built for productive event combining with grammar and semantics as well as operators on complex event.Compared with common description of complex event model,a XEDL-based description case of event in chili oil production was presented to illustrate the capacity and superiority of the proposed event description language.The XEDL-based expression method for complex events is conducive to solve the reasoning and unified organization of manufacturing events' correlation.In terms of complex event processing(CEP),a new CEP architecture was presented which based on ”EDA+SOA”,at the instance of Io MT-beased system's characteristics.And the analysis of CEP module and rule engine were also conducted.In view of the complex events pattern matching,a matching connection scheme based on CEP was suggested,which using apriori to discover the association rule of complex events statistically.Combining with the features of critical event and matching template,directed graph-based heuristic Esper algorithm was proposed,on the basis of event stream processing engines principle.Real-time event processing based on correlation template realized in final.In the aspect of system development and application,an IOT-based control system for discrete manufacturing process was developed which achieved the application of research results,based on Windows7 operating system and.NET 4.0 architecture,with the help of development platform which is Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and My Eclipse,used C # and Java as development language and Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 as database.According to the business logic and system structure of Io MT-based control system,a typical IOT-based control system for specialty food production has been built up,combined with Intelli Sense and information technology,which realized the goal of perception and querying of monitoring events as well as event correlation analysis.Meanwhile,it achieved the goal of real-time tracking and precise management in the production.In conclusion,this paper analyzed and studied a number of key issues of Io MT-based events perception and processing in the current,such as designed and improved the related architecture models and method.The effectiveness of the proposed technical approach was demonstrated concerning to theoretical analysis and implementation results.In a word,the research achievement of Io MT-based events active perception and processing will be of great significance to intelligent control and decision optimization in the manufacturing process.
