With the development of the Internet,traditional media has gradually begun to transform under the impact of new media.From the early digital newspaper,newspaper network interaction to wechat,microblog and news APP,traditional media constantly explore their own channel of financial transformation.In 2014,the paper media from the central level traditional media to various provinces and cities has accelerated the construction of news APP.In 2015,the news media of traditional media presented a trend of “blowouts”,especially since local news media clients rushed around,and the news client market showed a trend of intense competition.In order to stand out in the fierce market competition,traditional media must avoid homogenization and highlight the differences of products through explicit media positioning in the transformation.Based on this,Chongqing Evening News,taking into account the needs of audiences for deep,comprehensive,and high-quality reporting in the context of “fast dissemination”,put forward “Retroversians of this era” and launched the nation?s first flagship game on December 20,2016.News" client-slow news APP.On June 16,2017,the People's Daily Public Opinion Monitoring Room and the Tencent Penguin Media Platform jointly released the “Top of the List of Traditional Media in May | Research Report on the Penguin Media in May 2017”: "slow news" ranks seventh on the list of the marketable media penguin,which is the only media in Chongqing in the TOP20 list.As of August 30,2017,the download of Slow News APP reached 760,000.The Chongqing Evening News "slow news" practice has achieved initial success.What are its specific measures? These issues are worth studying in depth.This study uses the Chongqing Evening News “slow news” as the research object,and analyzes the news concept,positioning,and production of “slow news” in Chongqing Evening News.In terms of news concept,Chongqing Evening News "slow news" inherited "responsibility media" concept,strengthen the "gatekeeper" role,guided slow reading.In terms of media positioning,Chongqing Evening News “slow news” uses “reporting in-depth news about Chongqing stories” as its content orientation.It employs medium and high-level people who are pursuing the aesthetics of news texts as their audiences,and takes social coordination and cultural heritage as functional positioning.In terms of production production,the Chongqing Evening News “slow news” insists on original news;for hot events,it is verified through in-depth interviews;and the principle of balanced reporting is adopted by presenting multiple points of view.Based on the analysis of Chongqing Evening News “slow news” practice path,this study uses content analysis,text analysis,and news narratology to statistically analyze all the "slow news" of the Chongqing Evening News Slow News App for a year.Get 410 samples.Through the analysis of "slow news" narrative material,narrative sound and narrative strategies,the content features of "slow news" are summarized.In terms of narrative materials,the three themes are “character stories”,“history and humanities” and “social events”;the news area is dominated by the main city of Chongqing.In terms of narrative voices,narrative attitudes are mainly neutral and affirmative;narratives are gathered in the life style of “little people” to truly reflect the real world;the narrative framework reflects the “people?s feelings” of Chongqing Evening News,focusing on human emotions and attitudes.And meaning evoke the audience's reflection and sympathy,meet the high-level needs of the audience self-realization,emotional attribution,so as to achieve the guidance of mainstream values.In terms of narrative strategies,the Chongqing Evening News “slow news” adopts storytelling narrative,unfamiliar narrative,and civilian narrative to make the report lively.This study reveals the difficulties faced by Chongqing Evening News based on the practice path and content characteristics of the “slow news”.First of all,in-depth reporting and non-fiction writing are considered to be typical “slow news”.However,the “slow news” of Chongqing Evening News is less than “in-depth” and “broadness” on in-depth reporting by other media,fashion magazines and new media platforms.Non-fiction writing also brings competitive pressures.Secondly,the Chongqing Evening News “slow news” put too much emphasis on proximity,lacked importance and significant topics;the form of narration still needs innovation;the promotion of operations is insufficient,and there is a lack of user interaction.Based on the above deficiencies,this study proposes development strategies.First of all,we must highlight the value of “slow” and avoid losing the brand competitiveness by becoming homogenized products between “fast” and “slow”.Second,it is necessary to strengthen the technical training of editors and editors,combine the rich narrative forms of new media,and build strong news products.Third,it is necessary to make full use of the commentary area to increase user participation and increase user stickiness.Through the specialization of activities,the users will be precipitated and the user community will be constructed.Finally,it is necessary to expand diversified marketing methods and enhance the brand awareness of “slow news”.Specifically,it can achieve cooperative marketing by expanding promotion channels and achieve accurate marketing based on user portraits.
