Rapid evolution of science and technology to human life brings infinite possibility.Under the background of media depth fusion,more fragments of information transmission and receiving became the inevitable choice of the general public,therefore,the short video platform which is famous for its "short,flat,fast" has became the “centre” that the media industry focuses on in the new media era.Tik Tok,which was the first to reach 400 million DAU,is currently the market leader in short video apps.It provides users with convenient and instant communication environment,shown a strong publicity and influence in the user group.It has opened up a new way for the transformation of traditional media in the new era.Liaoshen Evening News,as the “number one metropolis daily” in Northeast China,officially entered the Tik Tok platform in September 2018.Adhering to the idea of "responsible media,serving people's livelihood",Liaoshen Evening News transmits the voice of Liaoshen region to more users through short videos.Recently,the Tik Tok account of Liaoshen Evening News has gained more than 5 million fans.This paper tries to take the Tik Tok account of Liao Shen Evening News as the object of case study.Trying to explore the background and the current situation of the account,and the reason why the account in a short period of time rapidly rising fans.And combined with interviews and horizontal comparison to rethink its problems in the developing and put forward the development proposal.That is to analyze the birth background-development status-development advantages-development deficiency of the Tik Tok account of Liaoshen Evening News as the research logic.The introduction part,this paper defines the related concepts involved,and summarizes the relevant research on the fusion of mainstream media and short video at home and abroad.In terms of research methods,the author deeply the Liaoshen Evening News Tik Tok production team internal participatory observation.On the basis of hands-on plus "depth interview and content analysis".In order to make a detailed study on the development of the Tik Tok account of Liaoshen Evening News from both subjective and objective aspects;In the first part,the paper reviews the transformation of Liaoshen Evening News in the face of crisis in detail,which leads to the research object of this paper-the Tik Tok account of Liaoshen Evening News;The second part analyzes the audience,communication characteristics,influence and other aspects.And summarizes the development status of the Tik Tok account by interviewing the professional staff of the operation team.The third part,focusing on the advantage of the Tik Tok account,through analyzing the proximity of its content from three aspects of region,psychology and group interests.Thus concluding the reasons for the rapid growth of the Tik Tok account.And providing reference suggestions for the transformation of other local urban newspapers;The last part focuses on the current deficiencies of the Tik Tok account.And puts forward suggestions for its further development,in order to contribute some thoughts for the future of the Tik Tok account.
