With the continuous increase of warfare informatization,battlefield situational awareness and combat units transmission are more and more important.As key nodes for sensing battlefield situations and commands transmission,radars are a significant part in informationized battlefield.Therefore,destroying or limiting the enemy radar equipment can effectively delay or interrupt enemy operations.So there are many related technologies and operational styles for radar equipment,and HPMW is one of them.This paper evaluates the working efficiency of radar equipment under HPMW.The main tasks are as follows:1.The paper studies related effectiveness evaluation theories.Three main steps of evaluation process are analyzed: constructing the tree of evaluation indicators,calculating index weights and evaluation methods.The comparative matrix method and the entropy method for weights calculating are analyzed,and their advantages,disadvantages and scenarios are pointed out.The process of AHP,GCM and GRA is studied,examples of the three methods evaluation process are described in conjunction with the research project achievements,the results of the three methods are analyzed and the advantages and disadvantages of the three methods are studied.2.A method to analyze the effective area of HPMW is proposed,which provides a reference for the radar deployment density in wartime.In the analysis of the affected area,devide HPM main segment into “blunt-end” and “sharp-end”.The “blunt-end” is simplified into a rotating ellipse,and the “sharp-end” is simplified as a rotating paraboloid.This method is more accurate than spherical crown cone method.Secondly,the spatial layout with the HPM antenna as the origin and the microwave bomb beam as the reference system is determined.Compared with the spatial layout of the HPM beam ground projection point and the ground as the reference frame,the analysis process is simpler.3.The effect of HPM on radar equipment is researched.As for the antenna coupling mode,with the analysis of the effects of spaceborne super jammers on different regions,the areas covered by beams with different interference powers are obtained,and considering the antenna directionality,the effect of HPMW antenna coupling on radar equipment is analyzed;As for the non-antenna coupling mode,the frequency characteristic figure of the RG58 coaxial cable terminal load coupling current is measured through simulation experiments,and on the basis of the shelter efficiency of the shelter and the damage threshold of the electronic circuit components,the HPMW damage probability by hole coupling is analyzed.4.Matrix aggregation method and cloud attraction decision are raised,which can realize the effectiveness aggregation of “restricted relationship indexes” and “hold uncertain information” at the same time.The paper raises maximum attraction principle and the method to calculate attraction degree.Compared with the two methods of decision making,"maximum degree of membership" and "maximum degree of similarity",the concept of attraction is more reasonable and the decision-making process is more scientific and effective.In view of the situation that the qualitative concept contained in the evaluation results is not suitable to be displayed only by one cloud model figure,this paper fits the final data into a collection of multiple cloud models via cloud transformation,which is not only helpful for evaluating the work efficiency of the target,but also avoids the error caused by the single cloud model figure description,making the decision process more reasonable.
