The Z bank software center belongs to the information technology system of Z bank head office,and undertakes the development and test of the operation system of the bank.The second part is the product development department of the software center,which mainly involves online banking business development,payment business development,channel bus business development and so on.The software center straddles the traditional finance and IT high-tech fields.It is both traditional and innovative.It is a hot industry in the society in recent years,and it is also a position that job seekers prefer.But the Z Bank Software Center doesn't take the job well being of its employees seriously,does not provide a competitive salary level,and does not give employees the room to rise in expectation.Z bank software center staff lost the initiative to work.Due to the decrease work happiness,the turnover tendency of employees continues to ferment,which is very bad for the long run of Z line software center.The paper designs three factors that affect employees' job well-being:internal identity,interpersonal relationship,and the realization of self-worth.The main measurement of turnover intention is procedural justice,career development and internal motivation.The main content of the study is the Z bank software center employees' job well-being and employees'turnover thoughts of the two aspects of the relationship and impact.In order to test the validity and reliability of the questionnaire,we used SPSS22.0 software to analyze all the data effectively.Firstly,the consistency reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested by the employees of Z bank software center;secondly,the internal relationship between demographic statistics and turnover intention was studied;secondly,the regression and its related statistical methods were used to find the relationship between each variable;finally,the structural equation was used.Model,to examine the direct and indirect effects of job well-being on resignation thoughts,and ultimately to determine their magnitude.Then,through the establishment of the model,empirical analysis of the impact and relationship between job stress,job well-being and turnover intention,in this model,There are significant differences between job well-being and turnover intention of employees under different demographic variables.The correlation between job well-being and turnover intention of employees in bank Z software center has been proved.Finally,the factors influencing employee turnover intention and job well-being are analyzed.This paper makes a concrete analysis of the two major factors of internal identity and staff career development,and analyzes the causes of the problem of high turnover intention and low job well-being of employees in Z bank software center.On this basis,this paper puts forward some measures to reduce employee turnover intention and promote job happiness in Z bank software center,including creating the sustainable development advantage of Z bank software center and implementing career management for employees.Improve compensation and incentive mechanism and strengthen staff training.
