"Interaction" is the process in which individuals,groups,and organizations interact and interact with each other.In the new media era,feedback from users(audiences)has gradually gained media attention,and interactivity has become an important bargaining chip for television programs to attract attention."Interaction" reflects the depth of user(audience)participation and determines the rise and fall of television programs.Collins mentioned in the "Interaction Ceremony Chain" that "small-scale,immediate face-to-face interaction is the scene of action and the starting point of social actors." Under the current technological conditions,by increasing the efficiency of interactive communication,and as far as possible,overcoming the obstacles of interaction between the communicator and the receiver in time or space,creating a “face to face” interactive situational experience has become the current type of interactivity.TV program development and planning goals.The traditional media actively interacts with the new media and realizes the application of the interactive communication theory through technology and conceptual innovation.This not only changes the audience's way of watching the program,but also enables the audience to immerse themselves in news production.The involvement of individuals outside the process in the discussion of program topics offers possibilities and influences the selection,production and dissemination of TV programs.With the innovation of modern media business philosophy,more and more television programs have begun to use diversified and interactive methods to enhance the interactive effects of programs,television programs have continuously developed development mechanisms that interact with audiences,and the multi-directional interaction model has also been more widely Identity.In this context,the financial media news review program “China Public Opinion Forum” took the lead in making beneficial experiments on interactive mode innovation,using virtual reality technology to creatively introduce interactive links such as “virtual auditorium” and create “multi-line interactive” program features.Has won widespread recognition in the news industry and high returns on ratings.The innovative measures of the “China Public Opinion Field” in the interactive mode provide a certain reference value for the development of China's new media interaction,and also provide a reference sample for the media interaction research.This article focuses on the interactive communication of TV programs and tries to use the theory of media interaction and social interaction to analyze the external performances,content production,technology applications,and operating mechanisms of the interactive activities of "China Public Opinion Field",as well as the influence and benefits of program interaction.Through empirical measurement methods,explore the effect of the interactive activities of the program.In the course of research,this article counts the number of interactions,ratings,trends,topics,and other data of the program over a period of time.The comparison of the three variables analyzes the relationship among the three and obtains the “interactivity and audience rating There is a positive correlation between “positive correlation”,“the diversification of topic selection and audience enthusiasm,” and “the application of media fusion technology can enhance program interactivity”.Based on the results of the research on the interactive communication of “China Public Opinion Field”,it is found that the current TV news commentary program mainly uses interactive interaction theories such as agenda interaction,situational interaction,and symbol interaction to achieve the interaction between the program and the audience,ie,using big data technology,media integration,etc.Implement programs to set topics,reproduce news situations,and reinforce news symbols to enhance the interaction between programs and audiences.In the process of research on the interactive communication of "China Public Opinion Field",this article finds that "China Public Opinion Field" has practical problems such as "singularity of themes,lack of interactive depth,complicated interactive procedures,and distorted interactive situations" in the interactive communication practice.Aiming at the above issues,we proposed “setting up multiple news issues,extending the length of discussion on news topics,optimizing interactive channels,actively updating technology,and strengthening virtual interaction scenarios” to achieve a positive interaction between the program and the audience.TV programs actively use the principle of interactive communication,and combine new media technologies to set up various interactive links and design multiple interactive scenes,which can improve the quality of television programs to some extent,and also provide scientific methods for TV programs to achieve high-efficiency interaction in the new media development strategy.
