Material management in agricultural machinery manufacturing industry is a key link to ensure the stable development of agricultural machinery production process.Agricultural machinery supplies are mainly concentrated in two regions:agricultural machinery storage inventory and workshop assembly line.However,due to the large number of agricultural machinery and equipment,the non-standard management system,and the lack of automated information collection methods and other factors,the material management process in the two regions at present is cumbersome and inefficient.In the process of management of agricultural machinery storage materials,there are often problems such as the backwardness of the supply mode of materials,the high manual error rat.At the same time,the lack of timeliness in the collection of data on the production process of parts and components in the agricultural machinery production workshop led to the failure to track or trace the production progress of the products in the agricultural machinery manufacturing plant in time,and the controllability of the production process was low.In view of the above problems in the management of agricultural machinery and materials,after field research on a farm machinery assembly company in Xinjiang,the objectives of optimization of agricultural machinery and materials management at the present stage were first defined:(1)Improve the supply mode of warehouse materials;(2)Optimize warehouse routine operations Processes;(3)Tracking of real-time status of work-in-progress materials at workshops;(4)Feedback on the execution of work plans.In addition,a scheme for real-time data collection and processing of agricultural machinery and materials management is proposed in combination with the Internet of Things technology.In terms of storage materials management,the layout optimization of warehouse inventory was performed.AHP-CVA material criticality evaluation and classification scheme was designed.At the same time,a material supply mode based on bottleneck sorting was proposed to realize highly efficient material management within warehouse inventory.In the aspect of workshopmaterial management,we designed a tracking and feedback strategy for real-time information on product in-process materials.By formulating the workshop work plan and RFID data collection and processing model,we achieved tracking management of the production progress of the in-house product materials.Finally after the company practice research,analyze and optimize the company's implementation plan and technical framework for various types of material management,analyze the data flow of agricultural machinery and materials management in different production areas,research on data structure relations,apply the standard architecture mode of the Internet of Things system to the agricultural machinery and material management system,designed the overall operation plan of the system,introduced the main modules in the software system,realizes the scanning and storage of storage materials,tracking the production process of the workshop materials,effectively improve the work efficiency of the warehouse materials management department and workshop work products management department in the agricultural machinery production process.
