The Application Of Internet Of Things Technology In The Agricultural Machinery Financial Leasing Risk Management

Affected by the policy support and the objective of economics in recent years, out country’s agricultural machinery industry develops fast, and agricultural mechanization catches more and more attention. But at the same time, the problem of insufficient funds has been becoming more and more serious and keep from the development of this field. Besides, with large risk management difficulty wich result from the special lessee and the special use of the leased property,the used useful financial leasing cann’t completely show its advantages in servicing this industry.So,it’s meaningful to search a targeted risk management method.In this paper, firstly,with a base of the status of financing lease on agricultural machinery equipment, it analyses the particularity and the reasons for the slow development of the field.Then,it research the weakness of risk management method of this field. Secondly,the paper study the application of the Internet of things technology in this industry from the angle of the lessor. Announce the context of catching material information flow with the IOT technology to improve the agricultural machinery and equipment leasing risk management by pre-model and post-model. Then, it designs a specific risk management with combine harvester as an example.Lastly,to develop the use of IOT,this paper holds some sustaining advices.Besides,this paper also gives some prospect of some research and introspection with the consideration of the reality.
