With the boost of agricultural modernization process,the investment in researc h and development in agricultural machinery implement of enterprises has been co nstantly increased,leading to the rapid growth of new agricultural machinery and i mplementnumber developed every year,however,whether the new developed agric ultural machinery and implementconforms to the state standards,whether it can me et the demands of tillage,planting,management and harvest,whether it is permit ted into the market,all of which requires the government authorities to farm mac hinery appraisal station to identify.In addition,because state subsidies to agricultu ral machinery are constantly increasing,only certifiedagricultural machinery can ob tain the subsidies,from which,we can see that the identification work of agricult ural machinery is very urgent and heavy.However,the existing work of agricultu ral machinery appraisal station is mainly single-machine management,has no unif orm data interface,with low identification efficiency,and at the same time,the lo w level of informatization results in a long application period for agricultural mac hinery manufacturer,slow work flow;the method of extractingparts of nodes in t he identification process leads the descending veracity of identification result,unabl e to generate reliable data report;there are few government appraisers,and the ap praisal sites are distributed in different regions.so it is difficult to meet the growi ng identification needs,identification degree of automation is to be improved.The refore,it is desperately needed to develop agricultural machinery identification inf ormation management system,which has important practical significance and pract ical value for shortening the actual application period of agricultural machinery m anufacturers,the efficiencyimprovement of agricultural machinery identification,rea l-time sharing of identification data and agricultural machinery identification autom ation realizing and the satisfaction of the growing need for identification.The rese arches done in the paper is as follows:(1)Current situation of agricultural machinery identification at home and abro ad is studied and analyzed,the operation flow of agricultural machinery identificat ion is teased,and demand analysis is conducted.With the object-oriented approach,analyzes and describes the business requirements of agricultural machinery appr aisal management system with UML,use case diagram,system flowchart and seq uence chart are provided.(2)The general framework of agricultural machinery identification information management system,each function module of the system are designed,the mai n function module business is analyzed in detail,including system information sett ing,manufacturer setting,promotion and appraisal business setting,authentication r eport management,production verification system and other function doules.Datab ase is designed according to its design rule,the E-R diagram model of analytic sy stem,logical structure design and overall data table structure of the system.(3)System development is proceeded with Strut+Spring+Hibernate technique,realizing the online application,acceptance,audit,distribution,authentication,exam ination and approval,accreditation and other functions of appraisal services.(4)By installing intelligent monitor on the identification machines and tools,the operation process data of the certified agriculture machinery is collected and r ecorded.Then,the corresponding monitoring data of the machine and tools isimpo rted into the analysis system from the SD card through the developed analysis so ftware,the homologous fault points are found,to realize automatic analysis and management of identification process.The system has been practically used at Hebei agricultural machinery appraisa l station.The corresponding fault points are analyzed through software to realize automatic analysis and management of the identification process.
