With the rapid development of "Internet+",in the face of the strategic adjustment of agricultural structure and the rise of electronic agriculture,farmers encounter information technology infrastructure investment,information services,low information utilization and poor information and other issues.In view of these problems,this paper,based on the information project of a village in Nansha District of Guangzhou C ity,has expanded and designed and developed a lightweight electronic village platform which has been completed from the needs of farmers and village committees.Based on Android village-level electronic agricultural information service platform,the main research contents are as follows:(1)Demand analysis of electronic agricultural information service platform.O n the basis of literature research and demand research,KANO model is used to classify the requirements of the platform,and the functional and non-functional objectives of the platform are described.The feasibility of the platform is analyzed from the aspects of policy,technology,economy and operation.Finally,the requirements of the platform are modeled using UML modeling language.(2)Electronic commerce information service platform main business process design.Based on the idea of process optimization,EC RS analysis is used to design the process of village-level business,agricultural information and search of agricultural information.Application of NFC technology,two-dimensional bar code technology and OCR technology,designed a set of business process,the identity o f the information to verify the program.At the same time,the application of NFC technology to design a set of agricultural information management program.(3)Application Modeling of Electronic Agriculture Information Service Platform.In order to describe the structure and behavior of the platform more clearly,on the basis of demand analysis and process design,UML modeling language is used to model the static structure,dynamic behavior and physical structure of the platform,and further design and imp lementation of the platform Foundation.(4)Electronic agriculture information service platform design and implementation.Based on the platform demand and goal,the overall C/S structure of the electronic agricultural information service platform is designed.The database of the platform is designed by E-R diagram,and the main function modules of the platform are designed in detail.O n the basis of platform design,respectively,the platform to achieve the Android client and REST server.Among them,Andro id client to achieve the "model village propaganda","business management","agricultural assistant",and "my" four main functional modules.REST server to achieve with the Android client and the interaction between the MySQ L databases.The construction of the village-level electronic agricultural information service platform based on Android can provide a good one-stop service for the construction of the rural areas,which is conducive to solving the problem that the farmers' information shortcomings become increasingly prominent,Three rural "information is facing the problem of large investment in infrastructure,poor government service,poor ability of farmers' information and lack of access to information.
