China's agriculture is undergoing a leap-forward development phase from traditional agriculture to "Internet + agriculture." New technologies such as mobile internet,internet of things,big data,and cloud computing in the “ Internet+Agriculture ” organizational model will organically compose agricultural information data,agricultural production management,agricultural workers,and agricultural markets that were relatively loose in agricultural information services in the past.As a whole,the desire for the“last mile”of modern agricultural information services is gradually becoming a reality.County agricultural economic information service is the basic unit of China's agricultural information service.County agricultural data is the most reliable information support for exploring grassroots agricultural development,optimizing agricultural resource allocation and improving agricultural production methods.Compared with the traditional way of using paper media and personal computers to access the Internet,smart phones are easy to carry,have fast data transfer,and have strong human-computer interaction.With the popularity of mobile devices and the coverage of mobile Internet signals,they are further developed.Expanding,people's working and living thinking will also gradually have the distinctive features of the mobile era: timeliness.Smartphones have not only become indispensable tools for enriching people's daily lives,but also have been widely used in research and teaching,government work,and many other industrial fields.The development and implementation of an agricultural economic information map service system based on Android is a mobile internet technology solution for realizing the agricultural economic information service on the mobile phone side by the Chinese agricultural economic electronic map.This paper aims at the functional and non-functional requirements of the agricultural economic information map service system,studies the related technologies required for system development,designs the various functional modules of the system,establishes the database required for system operation,and completes the development of system software.design.The functional modules of the system mainly include:1)Basic map service functions: display and operate online maps or offline maps(zoom in,zoom out,refresh,gestures),add Overlay,point and line collection,point of interest search,distance area measurement,screenshot,location service,coordinates Changes,etc.2)The function of agricultural economic information inquiry,the system can carry out space inquiry and attribute inquiry;3)Statistical analysis function to analyze the relationship between agricultural economic data and geospatial data over the years in the form of statistical tables or statistical graphs;4)Mobile Thematic Map Function: Thematic maps can be dynamically generated and displayed to realize the visualization of agricultural economic basic information;5)user management functions,including administrator users and common user management modules.According to the collection and collation of the data of agricultural economy,145 counties of Hebei province are selected as the research objects.Using Android mobile development technology,mobile GIS development technology,Android SQLite database technology,spatial analysis and other technologies,this paper proposes to excavate the county agricultural economic basic information on the intelligent mobile terminal.In order to improve the implementation of agricultural production management mode,the function design and interface layout design of "Android based agricultural economic information map service system" were completed.The system is flexible and extensible,and can be promoted to township level and other provinces.It has good research significance and practical application value.
