China has always been a large agricultural country rather than a strong agricultural country,the development of agriculture has always been the focus of government governance.In recent years,with the accelerated pace of agricultural modernization in China,agricultural development has made great achievements at the same time,still faced with great contradictions and problems.The 14-year-old Central Document,together with government reports and other documents and work arrangements,focused on the guidance of the agricultural market economy.The specific measures put forward this year are "deepening the structural reform of the agricultural supply side".How to profit from the "resources" to the "market" to profit,which is the core of this research motivation.In the search for ways to improve efficiency and cost savings at the same time,the use of what kind of innovative ideas and models and how to build what kind of development platform is particularly important,so this has become the basic research ideas.Chongqing is mainly mountainous hilly landforms,mountain hills area of the total land area of 95%,of which low yield accounted for more than 70% of the total area of arable land,poor agricultural development base.In recent years,Chongqing has made great efforts to deepen the comprehensive agricultural reform,and smoothly promoted the transformation and upgrading of the city's agricultural industry,so that the city's agricultural and rural development has made significant progress.In the context of "Internet +",Chongqing's agricultural production,management and management services,the level of application of information steadily improved for the development of Chongqing's agricultural modernization has laid a good foundation.Based on the idea of innovation and mature network computer technology,this paper constructs a regional agricultural information service platform based on Internet crowdsourcing model.To Chongqing region as a demonstration,as far as possible the crowdsourcing business model and Chongqing agricultural industry economy combined to bring a new business service model,leading the comprehensivedevelopment of agriculture in Chongqing,Chongqing agricultural productivity to effectively reduce the cost of local agricultural services to achieve Conduct orderly,commercial management.The platform is based on the B / S architecture model,the use of three-tier architecture,the use of MVC design and development model,the use of PHP +MySQL database development completed.In this paper,the system requirements,business logic,database model and system test of Chongqing agriculture crowdsourcing service platform are analyzed in detail,and a set of reasonable,logical and practical technology development scheme is designed.Hope that through this platform can be better to Chongqing agricultural information service level and agricultural productivity capacity to comprehensively improve.
