| The implementation of the internationalization strategy is the inevitable requirement and strategic choice of the development of higher schools.The strategy of internationalization of colleges and universities mainly includes the internationalization of students,the internationalization of teachers,the internationalization of the curriculum,international cooperation and exchange,and international development.The internationalization of teachers is in a very important position in the international construction of colleges and universities.While introducing a certain percentage of foreign experts and excellent overseas returnees,it is particularly important to encourage teachers to go out and create a good academic environment.In the face of more and more frequent and increasingly complex international cooperation and exchange,the application of the management system for the departure of the public is becoming more and more demanding.The research content of this paper is to build a perfect exit and entry management mechanism for colleges and universities,realize data unified management,improve the efficiency of entry exit management,and design and implement a public exit management system for colleges and universities.Based on the basic methods of software engineering,this paper analyzes the current situation and main problems of entry-exit management in universities,and completes the system structure and functional requirements.Based on the B/S mode,the system realizes database management by SQL Server,and completes functions such as exit management,foreign experts management,passport and visa management,international conference management and interschool exchange student management.The system solves all kinds of information input and accurate and fast data query,and a large number of school data is systematically analyzed to realize data visualization.The system also carries out data docking to the public database of the school to facilitate the inquiry of all the information of the students and teachers in school.Teachers and students can apply for one-stop application,foreign experts,international conferences and exchange students through the system.Finally,the system performance and user experience were tested.The test results show that the system Mazu user needs.The system has been operated in the Foreign Affairs Service Center of the International Cooperation Department of Harbin Institute of Technology,and its functions can meet all business needs of Harbin Institute of Technology in the field of public administration. |
