Research On Electronic Resource Construction In Harbin Commercial University Library Based On PDA

The university library is the main platform for the circulation and resource sharing of the major universities.It pr ovides a rich information reserve for the major scientific research projects and auxiliary teaching,which is the cornerstone of the inheritance and creation of knowledge.Modern university assessment of the library is no longer simply to enrich the collec tion as a standard of evaluation,but into the more latitude considerations.Under the guidance of the reader-oriented thinking,called "reader decision-making procurement" of the new procurement model will emerge as the times require.However,the domestic research on this model is more inadequate.This paper focuses on the central issue of how to optimize the electronic resource construction of Harbin Commercial University Library,and integrate readers' decision purchase into the construction of daily el ectronic resources.The introduction of this model will help to cultivate the reader's ability to master the information,is conducive to the spread of emerging procurement model and the development and expansion of the scope of the collection of literatur e resources,which can promote the library to purchase electronic resources targeted,thereby speeding up university books Museum of electronic resources construction progress.This article will enumerate the current domestic and international library electronic resources construction of several mainstream models,and Harbin Commercial University Library electronic resources utilization,and the characteristics of the induction and discussion.The electronic resource utilization is low,unreasonable allocat ion of funds and several other electronic resources in the construction of the main problems given a detailed problem analysis.And then to optimize the construction of electronic resources to provide a basis for research,can be combined with outstanding problems to make a reasonable optimization design.Based on the successful experience of similar projects abroad,this paper is based on the original OPAC2.0 Harbin University of Commerce library bibliographic retrieval system,the reader will be recommend ed by the reader.The development of the plate to optimize the function more comprehensive and practical to complete the specific process design,and the specific steps of the model construction gives a clear proposal to design a combination of theory and practice of a one-stop PDA service platform.Based on the construction of one-stop PDA service platform,this paper will optimize the original electronic resources procurement plate.Through the establishment of PDA based on the form of alliance,the const ruction of PDA collaborative cooperative interest chain,etc.,the daily management and stage assessment combined,focusing on the needs of readers and service quality,the library into a unique business User Experience Center.
