The rapid development of information technology and the Internet have been changing the world.The industrial environment continues to change and the market competition has become increasingly fierce.More and more companies hav e established the corporate tenet of taking customers as the fundamental and all around the customers.As an efficient and scientific management system,the customer relationship management system(CRM)helps enterprises to maximize the use of customer relationships to improve their competitiveness,greatly enhance the efficiency of business interaction between companies and customers,and become an indispensable part of modern enterprises.This paper designs and implements a comprehensive CRM system that i ntegrates operational application-based CRM and analytical CRM.It is responsible for the business operations of enterprise-customer interaction,customer data analysis,and customer value extraction.Operational application CRM mainly improves the work efficiency and completes business operations through the formulation and implementation of business processes.Analytical CRM mainly obtains customer data through various channels,uses data mining technology to analyze data,and formulates marketing strategies.This article uses the SSH framework to develop a comprehensive CRM system,including system management,business opportunity management,customer management and other modules as well as basic services such as mail services,push services,and permissions,using data mining technology for customer relationship modeling and data analysis.Enterprises in the Internet era have a large number of enterprise systems.The CRM system needs to interact with other systems to complete work to obtain data.Many systems have their own security identity authentication mechanisms,increasing the difficulty of system interaction and the safety of users.This paper studies the principle of directory service and single sign-on,designs and implements a unified authentication mechanism based on LDAP directory service,and integrates with CRM system to make it work safely and efficiently.
