With the development of information technology,the bar code has become an indispensable part of people's lives.Great value has been proved with the widen use of the ordinary black and white QR Code and the new special code made by Tencent and Snapchat.Nowadays,a LCD-Camera system based on the LCD encoding part and the smartphone decoding process of QR Code which has become a hot issue in Visible light communication.The two-dimensional code is commonly known as the QR code.Its main advantage is reflected in huge capacity,rapid identification and efficient representation of Chinese characters.However,the existing black and white two-dimensional barcode has limitations in information storage and security.The camera on the smartphone makes the acquisition of the color spot possible.Hence,how to add the color spot in the common QR code and achieve high-capacity and secure data transmission have become a hot topic of research.This paper mainly shows the encoding and the decoding part of the color QR code.It designs two possible colorful QR Code coding models,which are based on RGB multiplex channel and HSV color space respectively.They can expand the information capacity up to 3 times and 4 times.The LCD hardware and the Android scanning part are also properly set up.Finally,security of color two-dimensional code continues to be explored in this paper,and the technology is prospected.
