As the publication of the regulations of Chinese-sensible code in August 2007, Chinese-sensible code had boosted the development and technology of barcode in China, especially the implementation of 2D barcode. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the coding of Chinese-sensible code and research on the detection and recognition of Chinese-sensible code under complex backgrounds. It meanwhile introduces the Chinese-sensible code recognition system based on WinCE platform and the application of soldier wild training system based on Chinese-sensible code.Firstly, some basic features of Chinese-sensible code are introduced.Secondly, the coding rules of Chinese-sensible code and the algorithm of RS correction are analyzed. Then, the coding superior performances of Chinese-sensible are discussed.Thirdly, according to the priori knowledge of Chinese-sensible code, Chinese-sensible code is mainly composed by deep and light color under complicated color background. Therefore, the binarization algorithm based on HSI color space is introduced to cut off lots of backgrounds. Fourthly, the angle detected by usual algorithms based on location detecting figure is only 10°-15°, so it is difficult to detect chinese-sensible code when the angle of chinese-sensible code is relatively larger. According to the features of Chinese-sensible code, this paper proposes a new detection algorithm based on density and spacing of edge. The experiment proves that the algorithm can achieve any angle detection. It is faster and better than the algorithms based on location detecting figure. Then, the perspective problem existed in obtaining Chinese-sensible code through camera is discussed, anti-perspective algorithm is analyzed.Finally, WinCE system and DirectShow technology are briefly introduced. Chinese-sensible code recognition system based on WinCE platform is analyzed and designed. The paper meanwhile focuses on technology concerning programming about obtain real-time barcode image with DirectShow. Then, the soldier wild training system based on Chinese-sensible is introduced, including main functions, module division, key functions, functional interface and so on.
