Research On Encoding And Recognition Of Two-Dimensional Barcode And Distributed Voice Broadcast System

With the development of computer technology and network technology, 2-dimensional barcode and speech synthesis will play an important role in 3G network. All sorts of products of two-dimensional barcode and speech synthesis will be produced, a large number of application requirements has prompted the research and development of speech synthesis and barcode technology a new stage. The one hand, the 2-dimensional barcode has the following advantages: large information capacity, high security, great correction capability and so on, and has widely used in variety of fields like production, logistics, finance, customs, etc. On the other hand, the research of speech synthesis reached in a new development platform, and the cases of speech synthesis technology application are constantly emerging. 2-dimensional barcode technology, speech synthesis technology and Web Service technology combined with the application will be more widely.This paper chooses Data Matrix barcode as the study object. Combining the two-dimensional barcode technology,Speech synthesis technology and Web Service technology to establish the system which includes some functions as follows: Data Matrix barcode generation, Data Matrix barcode recognition and voice broadcast.In this paper, the source of subject and significance are introduced first, the research on 2-dimensional barcode technology, speech synthesis technology and Web Service technology at both home and abroad are expounded, and later the Data Matrix barcode encoding,decoding techniques and speech synthesis technique are expatiated respectively, and the system is developed. The function of Data Matrix barcode generation can change the characters, figures and letters into a 2-dimensional barcode symbol, the function of Data Matrix barcode recognition can identify the barcode symbol and the function of voice broadcast can transform the decoding barcode information into speech information in order to broadcast the information.At the end of this paper,a summary is given and the future work is alsopresented.
