The things of Internet have been listed among the national network "1025"development planning, which is up to the strategic height, and its industry standardsformulated is favour of mutual cooperation in each industry chain between enterprisesto promote networking industry developing orderly. As the key applicationtechnology of things of Internet and electronic commerce network, two dimensionalbarcode will show fist. With the gradually popularizing of smart phone, theimplementing of state policies, the promoting by each big operators, the widespread useof it by taobao.com, jingdong mall, newspapers, magazines, outdoor and many brandenterprise, mobile phones planar bar code has formed certain scale in China. At present,planar bar code business is gradually to commercial stage in China, and twodimensional barcode is expected to play an important role in the electronic commerce,cross media marketing and physical networking construction field and containenormous business opportunities.This design has two main tasks: firstly, through studying the characteristics ofthe QR code bar code system and encoding process, it realizes the generation of QRcode pictures; secondly, by the research of Android system application programdevelopment and QR decoding process, it realizes the identification QR code picturebased on smart phone of Android system.This paper introduces the development and application status of the bar codetechnology in the things of internet briefly, and analyses the basic characteristics,symbol structure and coding process of the QR code in detail. It analyzes thecharacteristics of Windows image with BMP file format, and realizes the generation ofQR code pictures in Visual C++6.0; In the mobile phone recognition, it introducesprogram development technology of the Android system application, realizes theacquisition of QR symbols picture, image preprocessing, and the image data decoding.Android system provides the API functions operating camera, which can realize thecollection of the QR pictures. Through binaryzation and preliminary denoising, QRcode symbols position detection graphics was found, if not find, continue collecting, sorecognition efficiency dependent on pixel camera greatly. By experiment, smart camerawith3million pixels has recognition rate in millisecond timescale.Taking car service management system network as an example, it designsapplication module of phone two dimensional barcode, and realizes the function ofmobile payment in the fourth chapter. By experiment, the mobile phone planar bar codeidentification technology can replace traditional POS machine function very well, andthe identification of card just rely on the card of2d barcode pictures, no longer themagnetic card, and reducing costs greatly.
