As people turn to the fresh and delicious and nutrient rich water from food products meet the food and clothing,the aquatic products cold chain logistics in China is relatively backward,resulting in aquatic products in the whole process of cold chain logistics in the loss,status of aquatic products cold chain logistics that is not only a waste of our national economy,but also a serious threat to the people the food safety.In recent years,many experts studying how key networking technology is applied to all aspects of aquatic products cold chain logistics,and the key technologies for the Internet as the performance evaluation index of aquatic products cold chain logistics,to explore the play networking technology in improving the aquatic products cold chain performance in the role has been very so the things necessary to study water environment products cold chain logistics performance evaluation.First of all,the research status of cold chain logistics and cold chain logistics performance evaluation at home and abroad are summarized,and the cold chain logistics,aquatic products cold chain logistics,Internet of things technology,Performance evaluation and performance evaluation methods and other related theories are introduced.Secondly,according to the characteristics of aquatic product cold chain logistics under Internet of things technology,the performance evaluation index system of aquatic product cold chain logistics is constructed.In this paper,the organizational structure of the Internet of things,the benefits of the Internet of things and the degree of logistics information are studied,and the index system is constructed,and the quantitative methods of each evaluation index are written out at the same time.Thirdly,based on the combination of AHP and entropy weight method,the weight of each performance evaluation index of aquatic product cold chain logistics under the environment of the Internet of things is determined,and then the comprehensive weight is calculated,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed.The third grade index is evaluated by single factor,then the index is evaluated step by step,and the result of performance evaluation of cold chain logistics is obtained.Finally,through the internal company to obtain the required data,through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model as an evaluation method,carried out a case study.This paper studies the performance evaluation of cold-chain logistics of aquatic products under the environment of the Internet of things,analyzes the impact of each index on the cold-chain logistics,and puts forward some effective suggestions for enterprises to improve the logistics performance combined with the actual situation.
