With the rapid economic growth,industrial parks have gradually become an important pillar of China's economy.However,some industrial parks still have some problems,such as waste of resources and low energy utilization in process of manufacturing and products transportation and so on.So it is necessary to optimize by recycle reform them.In the process of circular transformation of the industrial park,the construction of ecological industrial chain is a popular scheme but it is irregular and incomplete to identify core enterprises.In order to solve these problems,this paper proposes the calculation method of core enterprises based on the knowledge of social network.First,the association matrix of the industrial park network is established bases on the knowledge of digraph and matrix in graph theory by replacing enterprises in digraph by nodes and replaces waste links among enterprises by edges in digraph,.In the process of industrial park network modeling,data are accessed in the form of matrix in graph theory,and industrial park network modeling is realized by data visualization technology.Second,the influencing factors of core enterprises in the industrial park are investigated.It is concluded that the number of affiliated enterprises and the number of types of industrial chains are the main influencing factors.Then the social network analysis method is used to analyze the node importance of the industrial park network,and find the indicators such as network density,node centrality and degree of the industrial park network.At last the relationship between social network analysis indicators and core enterprise influencing factors is studied and a novel calculation method of core enterprises is proposed in this paper as well.The procedure of circular transformation is investigated and the park cycle transformation information system is designed and implemented.The system realizes the main functions of industrial park network modeling,core enterprisecalculation,effect evaluation of circular transformation etc based on realizing essential information management.The core enterprise calculation method is adopted to conduct the core enterprise index analysis.The circular transformation effect is evaluated according to the national standard of circular economy evaluation criteria of industrial parks.
