Li Xin is a famous publisher in China.He has been worked in four publishing houses and has hosted,planned,and published many fine books.All of those has produced a good response.The period of working in the SDX Joint Publishing Company was a symbol of Li Xin's editorial work.During this period he had formed a publishing concept.He had just returned from Hong Kong and had to face a completely different publishing environment from Hong Kong.In the environment,he needs to adapt to the triple,and triple "fit the environment",facing the pressure of the book market competition and the threat posed by digital publishing,he participated in and presided over the triple reform and development.This article uses the literature survey method and the case analysis method to investigate and analyze the publishing philosophy of Mr.Li in various stages of his publishing practice.Taking the period of the People's Literature Publishing House as the accumulation period of Mr.Li Xin's publishing ideas,and taking Hong Kong's triple period as the formation period of Mr.Li's publishing concept,the social and cultural backgrounds of the two periods,the influence of the publishing house,the association with the author and the individual Persistence in the publishing industry is the background for the formation of his publishing ideas.The author of this article be aimed at the period of SDX Joint Publishing Company and arriving a conclusion:In the topics planning,Li Xin holds a fine sense of quality,carries a kind of humane care and realistic care,persists in do something but not everything.In the management of the publishing house,Li Xin focuses on maintaining the relationship between the publisher and the author,focuses on the accumulation of resources of the publisher,and advocates diversification and pertinence of the book marketing.In the current market environment with uneven quality of books,Li Xin's publishing concept is even more valuable.Young editors should also adhere to the principle of doing something and not doing something.They should respect the differences between works with a broad mind.Managed with the overall situation,persisted in the publisher's relentless pursuit of quality books and cultural ideals.
