Cultivated land quality grade monitoring is to understand the latest regionalcultivated land quality and changes in certain period of time. It is useful in control ofthe cultivated land productivity change, the utilization level of agricultural productionand the status of the input and output.At the same time, it provides a scientificsupport for the basic farmland protection and rational utilization of land resources andquality management, and also being of great significance to ensure food security.The change of cultivated land quality grade diagnosis system is based on Visual c#2010and component GIS development environment, on the basis of realizing thebasic function such as input, query, edit, output, the index summary and analysis,index selection, index score and other functions are achieved, as well as thecomputing functions of grade variable quantity which includes the natural level plat,practical level plat, farmland grade, national natural level plat, countries practicallevel plat, and national farmland grade functions, the grade variable quantity is in theform of thematic map rendering, and providing advantageous evidence for theanalysis of area grade changes.This article firstly introduces the basic theory and main technology of thevariation of the cultivated land quality grade diagnosis system. Theoretical basis partincludes the theory and method of cultivated land classification, the theory and PSRmodel, and the basic theory of medical diagnosis;Technical part mainly includes thecomponent GIS technology, the.net Framework, Arc GIS Engine components.Secondly,in the aspects of the system goal and task, the analysis of user requirements,the key technology, the overall design,the database design and the systemimplementation, it states the design of the system in detail. Taking Beijing’s Daxingdistrict as an example, the application of the cultivated land quality grade monitoringindexes diagnosis process provides data support for the realization of the systemfunction and results, finally it concludes that the system has the following threeaspects:(1) To get the recommended index monitoring and the minimum data set, andprovides the monitoring index scoring function, calculate grade changes;(2) Designthe overall structure and function modules of the system, based on ArcGIS platform,combined with the system architecture and database model, in the.NET Framework tosupport development of cultivated land quality grade changes diagnostic system;(3)Taking Beijing Daxing District as an example, from the establishment of the monitoring index system, index dynamic scoring and visual diagnosis and calculationfrom three aspects of the application of the system function, verify the science, systemoperation and quick. Discussed the system has no peer space applications, withoutconsidering the research period to add or reduce farmland and so on, we shouldcontinue to optimize the structure and functional system.
