Land is the essence of arable land, agricultural production is an important production material, it helps to keep the important resources for the sustainable development of society and national economy. Protecting the arable land is one of our basic state policy, therefore, through the cultivated land quality evaluation in a timely manner to master quantity, quality and its change of cultivated land resources to rational planning and utilization of cultivated land, to protect arable land, has the very vital significance. Yellow River delta is the nearly hundred years of the Yellow River alluvial formation of the new land, it is a typical ecological ecotone, the rivers, land, sea, a variety of dynamical systems, shallow groundwater and the salinity, underground salt rose to the surface, lead to soil salinization, widespread saline wasteland, the land is vast, but the fragile ecological environment, is a typical inshore saline soil area. Therefore, theYellow River delta saline soil area of cultivated land quality evaluation is very necessary. At the same time, due to the different areas on the space between the natural and social economy there are huge differences, unable to form the generality of the general evaluation index system, there is no one for the cultivated land quality evaluation index system of saline soil area, therefore, this study based on the cultivated land quality evaluation of the Yellow River delta isa typical saline soil area, we explore the possibility of establishing a cultivated land quality evaluation index system for saline soil area.With the support of GIS and RS technologies, this study KenLi county as the study area,using the land utilization map, soil map and administrative zoning map6812superimposed analysis to determine evaluation units, selecting site conditions and chemical properties and physical properties of three aspects of eleven evaluation factors, cultivated land quality evaluationsystem and model is established. Take the expert scoring method to determine membership function of each evaluation factor using the analytic hierarchy process (ahp) and fuzzy mathematics method to comprehensive evaluation of farmland quality and its evaluation results and spatial distribution has carried on the comparison and analysis, to further understand the status of the saline soil area of cultivated land quality. In this paper, the main achievements are as follows:(1)According to the results of the spatial interpolation in ArcMap and design the farmland soil nutrient grading chart, and the spatial distribution and variation characteristics of all kinds of nutrients were analyzed.(2)According to KenLi County cultivated land quality comprehensive index, according to the real condition of KenLi County will KenLi County cultivated land quality is divided int o six grades, and each level is obtained by using the ArcGIS software statistics of cultivated area, finally draw KenLi County thematic map of cultivated land quality level. The level1to2906.95hm~2, accounting for6.99%of the arable land, level2to10272.87hm~2, accounted for24.7%, level3to12448.19hm~2, accounted for29.93%, level4to9856.68hm~2, accounted for23.7%, to5229.245hm~2, accounted for12.57%, level6to877.1hm~2, accounted for2.11%. Hierarchy results objectively reflect the local actual situation. Places such as according to the actual situation, put forward a set of suitable for all levels of improvement measures.(3) Studied for saline soil area of cultivated land quality evaluation index system.
