The infrared temperature image can provide the graphics of human visual resolution,and the surface temperature distribution of the objects can be further calculated so that infrared thermal imaging is widely applied to the detection of infrared radiation on the surface of the objects.Infrared thermal imaging can be combined with smoke detection and GPS positioning technology,which can be applied in monitor applications such as indoor security,electric monitoring systems and so on.It can also be used in medical diagnosis,industrial fault diagnosis and other fields where temperature measuring plays a leading role.Associated with visible imaging,it can be designed for the target tracking application in the fire control system and nighttime vehicle monitoring system.Especially in the application of monitoring and security warning,the detection relies on temperature measuring or is restricted by ambient light,so thermal infrared imaging shows better sensitivity than visible light imaging.Based on the theory of embedded technology,design of wireless thermal infrared acquisition and transmission system is presented in this paper.It adopts the non-refrigeration infrared array sensor based on SPI,ARM Cortex-A9 and Linux operating system as its major components.The SPI interface works in host mode and adapt to slave transmission.The circular buffer is designed to transmit data asynchronously to next part.Web service is designed and developed based on the SOAP and TCP,which provides the client with image and the control of thermal sensor.Finally,a test system is built to verify the correctness and reliability of this design,and satisfies requirements in practical application.The tests show that the embedded service equipped with remote control has low delay and rapid response.Compared with similar embedded service based on network,the system costs lower and is more convenient to set up.
