In this article, some related researches about infrared image target detection, recognition and tracking technology are carried out, and an overall program of wireless image transmission system is designed at the same time.The infrared image preprocessing, is the first step in the processing of the infrared image. This paper first introduces the imaging principle and infrared image preprocessing algorithm.Then this paper introduces mathematical morphology operators verify the Top-hat transform the treatment effect. And then the article describes the airspace adaptive filter theory, the adaptive piecewise linear transformation algorithm and experimental analysis.Through infrared image preprocessing, the contrast of the background and objectives has been strengthened, and the next step is recognition processing of image target detection.This paper first introduces the traditional image segmentation method, and then proposed a game theory-based annealing algorithm for image object segmentation.Next, according to the moment function is characterized, in the image after the annealing treatment carried out gradually matching recognition.Here, we propose a combination of step-by-step matching algorithm and annealing algorithm. The experiments show that this improved algorithm can get good recognition effect.The infrared image target tracking has been the difficulty in the infrared image processing.This paper first introduces the commonly used the wave gate tracking method and tracking method, and then proposed tracking algorithm based on particle filter. In this paper, we use the idea of particle filtering and sampling, and be able to get good effects of infrared target tracking.To solve the problem of fast-moving target tracking, this paper proposed an improved algorithm——the auxiliary particle filtering algorithm based on particle swarm optimization. The experiments show that the improved algorithm can use less to achieve more accurate tracking of particles. Finally, a generalscheme of the wireless image transmission system is given. The program is mainly including the composition of the structure of the system analysis, the overall program feasibility studies, each module design, hardware processing chip select and specific software workflow design.This paper conducted in-depth study on infrared image processing algorithms, which include target detection, identification and tracking. This article provides a method of infrared target identification and tracking with more complex background conditions, the design of a wireless video transmission system is given, and this paper could have the higher significance in real-world applications.
