The dissertation discusses the realization ways of the cellular material infrared image collection and treatment system and introduces the software design of the cellular material infrared image collection and treatment system.On the base of introducing some basic theoryes about the digital image procession and some knowledges about programming design for Windows OS and also narrates some basic image treatment functions and some special function of the system in brief, discussing a few kinds of special image treatment arithmetices for example the Homomorphic filter to resovle the illumination odds infrared image. The dissertation discusses the module of image remote collection and video monitor and its realization ways to adapt the requirement of network and special image treatment software. At last, the dissertation discusses the infraed image database base on the ADO. Because all important function in the sofeware run in the DLL, the dissertation also introduces the efficiency and security of the Windows DLL.
