Wheel transport is one of the main modes of modern transportation.With the gradual improvement of people's material living standards and the vigorous development of the Internet economy,the vehicle transportation industry occupies an increasingly important position in the national economy.Under the new situation of traffic volume increasing greatly,how to supervise vehicles in real time,effectively and intelligently has also become the common concern of government administration departments and road transport enterprises.With this focus the third party monitoring platform arises.The third party monitoring platform monitors the operation of the vehicles around the clock,and the platform automatically sends the voice prompts during the violations.Meanwhile,the monitoring personnel will promptly report the violation to the enterprise,and provide the report to the management department regularly.Based on free service for government departments and vehicle operators,it will protect the safe operation of the vehicles.By using the existing Beidou satellite positioning system device,the third party vehicle-monitoring platform designed in this paper can help reduce the cost of the transport enterprises and monitoring difficulty of government departments.In the early stage of platform development,large amounts of research and requirement analysis have been done,and the agile development model is used to design and realize the platform.During the function iteration,communication with related personnel in real time helps to speed up the progress.Based on Java language,the platform uses the mainstream Spring-SpingMVC-Mybatis framework to compile codes with high reusability,strong iteration and small coupling.Meanwhile,MySQL and ES databases are used to manage related vehicle data.At WEB port,we use Echart and BootStrap framework to display the relevant information visually,and reduce the complexity of related supervision work.All map displays on the platform call High German map development interface to provide accurate vehicle trajectory information and route planning services.This paper firstanalyzes the emergence and development of the third party monitoring platform,as well as the current situation at home and abroad,then introduces the related technologies used in the platform development process,and finally introduces the design and implementation process of the related functions in detail.By the use of Internet plus mode,third party monitoring platform effectively reduce the government and the enterprise supervision cost,meanwhile greatly reduce the traffic accident rate.At present,the third party monitoring platform has passed the acceptance project of Hubei Provincial transport department,and has begun to carry out the iterative work of related functions.The third party monitoring platform has been carried out in Wuhan,Qianjiang,Daye and other areas in Hubei province.Meanwhile research work has been carried out in Henan,Hunan,Fujian,Shanxi,Tianjin and other provinces.Related persons are discussing the details of platform transportation.
