Design And Implementation Of Bank Knowledge Base Management System Based On Spring Boot And MyBatis

At present,with the development of the global economy and the further prosperity of the domestic market,the banking industry in our country is facing more and more market competitions.Facing the changing market and diverse user needs,banks need to constantly introduce new products and services,and accordingly,bank employees need to learn and master new business knowledge,and constantly update their knowledge system.On the other hand,customers are having higher and higher quality requirements with the services offered by banks.Thus bank employees need to be able to respond quickly to their customer's service needs,which requires bank employees to quickly access,acquire,learn and master the relevant knowledge of various products and services.Knowledge has gradually become one of the most important strategic resources of banking enterprises,and efficient knowledge management is becoming a key means for banks to improve their core competitiveness.Therefore,it is urgent for banks to build a knowledge base,which can help banks to effectively accumulate and maintain business knowledge such as banking products and services within the enterprise,as well as to effectively share and pass on knowledge,and better support employees to self-learning through knowledge transferring and learning.On the basis of the existing information infrastructure of a specific bank,this paper designs and realizes a bank knowledge base management system to meet the needs of knowledge management,knowledge sharing,knowledge learning and knowledge innovation within the banking systemIn this thesis,the requirements of a bank in the knowledge base management system are investigated.The knowledge base management system is divided into four subsystems,which are ordinary user knowledge portal,expert knowledge management,knowledge manager knowledge management and system management subsystems.Next,the feasibility of the knowledge base management system is explored from both market and technology perspectives.In the architecture design stage of the system,this thesis makes the physical architecture design and logical architecture design of the bank knowledge base management system from the design principle and the design goal.Further,in the detailed design stage,the main functional modules of the knowledge management system are analyzed and designed,and the design of the database tables is carried out.Finally,the bank knowledge base management system designed in this paper is implemented and testedThe bank knowledge base management system designed and developed in this thesis can provide the portal of knowledge dissemination,sharing and knowledge learning for bank employees,and help to realize the effective transmission of knowledge among bank employees.Through this system,bank employees can edit and upload knowledge.The uploaded knowledge requires further examination by knowledge experts before it can be officially released,which can ensure the legitimacy and integrity of knowledge.Users can also use knowledge portal for knowledge search,review,learning and other functions,finally through the knowledge portal to enhance the self-learning ability of employees.Knowledge administrator can manage knowledge experts,maintain the knowledge system in the bank's knowledge base management system through knowledge dimension management,and carry out knowledge statistics on knowledge dimensionsIn terms of system implementation,in order to improve the maintainability,reusability and scalability of the system,this thesis adopts a layered implementation of the bank knowledge base management system based on the advanced MVC architecture model,selects the open source MySQL database management system software,uses the Java language and is based on Spring Boot and MyBatis frameworks to implement the system,which are technically advanced.The testing shows the bank knowledge base management system designed and realized can meet the daily knowledge management needs of knowledge distribution,knowledge accumulation,knowledge transmission and knowledge learning in the bank.The system function is complete and it daily operation is stable.
