Design And Implementation Of Property Management System Based On Spring And MyBatis Framework

With the development of society,the scale of small and medium-sized cities in the city is getting bigger and bigger,the population of residential area is increasing rapidly,and many property service companies are still above the previous management level,which can not keep up with the service demand of the tenants.In recent years,Internet technology has developed rapidly,the Government also vigorously promote the information industry,many small and medium software services company crashed into the sky.And with the maturity of software development technology,and now development,deployment,maintenance,a set of software system costs are greatly reduced.This article is to study the real estate management system based on Spring and MyBatis with the development of a residential property management system in which the company is involved during the internship.This paper briefly introduces the key technology of the system,and then analyzes the feasibility and technical feasibility of the system,discusses the cost-effective development of the system.According to the demand,the system is divided into six functional modules: system management,user information management,online payment,complaint management,on-line repair and booking service,according to the specific business needs of a particular district,made use case analysis.System uses B/S architecture,the background software using MVC system,from the practical,development efficiency,stability,economic aspects are guaranteed.The functional design of the system is divided into modules,and the function of each module is introduced in detail.Finally,this paper introduces the integration of system development environment and the realization method of the module in detail,and completes the testing of the system to ensure that all functions of the system can be used normally without obvious errors.The system in strict accordance with the pre-confirmed with the property company's needs,through specific coding and testing,has been deployed to put into use.Property management company through the system after the property management,greatly improving the efficiency of the office,previously required a lot of time to manually manage the paper files,has now become very simple and quick.The owners are also very satisfied with the current efficiency of the service upgrade.Overall,the system to achieve the initial needs,with good economic value and social value.
