With the development of Internet, and the improvement of people’s living standard and interest in investment in China, a great surge of the development of Internet finance products has been set off. To grasp the development trend of the Internet financial industry, YY firm launches ZHINIU-FINANCE broadcast platform that provides investment advisers with live video mode to teach the general investors. To enrich the forms of business, M-FINANCE launches a new service called "Investment Portfolio", which enables users to watch investment advisers trading stocks and learn from them. The platform also carries out with a stocks competition which combined with Investment Portfolio service. The thesis discusses the Stocks Competition system for this competition.The thesis firstly introduces involved technical knowledge in development of the system. Since we need to release the system to Web end and App end, we demarcate system for front end and server end by HTTP request. The server end is developed based on JavaEE, combined with technology of Spring framework, Spring MVC framework, MyBatis framework and Redis storage system.Based on the above project background and technical background, the thesis focuses on the design and implement of Stocks Competition system, mainly carries out the following work:(1) The thesis introduces the requirement analysis of the Stocks Competition system in detail, functions of the system include joining competition, simulate stocks trading, investment portfolio plan, team management, and reward statistics. To implement the above functions, the thesis also carries out the system module division based on a layered architecture, and then introduces the design of each module in detail.(2) Giving an example of the handling request procedure, the thesis introduces the details of implementation and the application of core technology in each module. Based on the requirements analysis and design results, the thesis elaborate the implement and effects of each module by giving key codes or in other ways.
